Verdict

Monsieur Piquer showed his first sign of form in a Windsor handicap and this is a poor contest. Uncle Norman won a 7f Leicester nursery in October and didn't run badly in a slightly better race than this at Musselburgh earlier this month Remembering You has only raced on the all-weather and has never been over this trip but George Ridsdale can build on his comeback at Thirsk where he was returning after a long break. HECTOR'S HERE (NAP) didn't show much in his first campaign but did much better when tackling this trip for the first time at Newcastle where he was going on at the finish. He's unlikely to get many better chances to get off the mark so looks the one to be on.
