Verdict
Dew Pond, a four-times Flat winner, made his hurdling debut in a Class 2 contest here 11 days ago but never figured and will need to improve. The Very Thing was third to a promising novice at Fakenham but the second has been beaten since. LOPES DANCER recorded a third success on the level at Redcar earlier this month. Harriet Bethell has booked Danny Cook to ride her hurdling debutant, who may have too much speed for some of these. Imperial Acolyte has a nice pedigree and has only had one career start so any market interest should be noted.
