In depth

Verdict

SIR JACK YEATS ran his best race for some time at Tramore last week where he only narrowly failed to concede the winner lumps of weight. He's only 3lb higher than his last winning mark over timber and can go one better. The lightly-raced Brooklyn was having his first start since August when an excellent fourth to Station Closed at Downpatrick last month and with that under his belt looks a live threat. Dangerous Games was only just behind that same winner at Down Royal a few days later and is also likely to go well. Tintown Robin disappointed when fancied at Down Royal last month but earlier efforts would put him in the picture.
