In depth

Verdict

HAWK FLIGHT has some very strong form over the minimum trip and has scored over 1m6f on the Flat so should have few problems lasting out here and is handed the vote. Present Potential produced easily his best run to date when tackling heavy ground at Punchestown in February while Uponthe Hoof is progressing nicely and ran very well on his hurdling debut behind Dara Tango at Killarney. Dual winning point-to-pointer Urraiocht hasn't quite done the business over timber but will love the conditions and a strong gallop can see him in the firing-line while Ballyhoura showed potential in bumpers and maiden hurdles and though running poorly at Kilbeggan last month that was his first start since September.
