    Verdict

Christmas In April is a thorough stayer but has run poorly the last twice and still looks a shade high in the weights. Stablemate Faustinovick is 0-9 over fences and Didero Vallis was never travelling at Ascot 12 days ago, though is better than that. Jeremy Pass beat subsequent Catterick winner Rapper four lengths at Ascot in November and is only a pound worse off but EL PASO WOOD (NAP) is fancied to defy a 10lb rise for his demolition job here two weeks ago with Philip Armson claiming 7lb again.
