Verdict

Mille Sussurri was still showing signs of inexperience when winning at Newton Abbot five weeks ago and is only 6lb higher. He shouldn’t be far away again but TANGO BOY (NAP) ran well on his reappearance in a big field at Cheltenham and may be ready to get his head in front having placed in all three starts last season. Hugos Other Horse races off the same mark as when second at Taunton but the handicapper has taken no chances with Striking A Pose. Scene Not Herd may be vulnerable again if sets out to make all the running but Hawk's Well is almost guaranteed to run his race again while Bellevarde Express is heading in the right direction and makes her handicap debut.
