      Verdict

Only a head separated THUNDERING HOME and Sir Dylan in a conditionals' race here last week and there should be little between them again today on the same terms. Cor Wot An Apple and Twyford were third and fifth respectively in that race but Richard Mitchell's charge can come out on top again as he's still well treated on past form. Cry Fury is an interesting runner as he was once rated 97 on the Flat and showed a bit more last time at Chepstow. Mystery Drama hasn't fulfilled early promise, however, and Old Magic has only ever won on soft going.
