    Verdict

    SIMPLY STRONG is hard to get away from here. He finally opened his account over fences when stepped up in distance at Newton Abbot earlier this month and a 9lb rise is unlikely to prevent Charlie Mann's charge following up in this company. Graduation Night tries his luck over fences for the first time having failed to score over hurdles, while Fongoli has now gone 10 starts without a win over the larger obstacles and was still beaten a distance when second at Plumpton last time. Winning point-to-pointer Cloran Jack was well beaten on his first start over regulation fences back in March.
