Competitive at first glance is this contest but plenty of these are out of form but one that is not is Wotchalike who is exposed but has been hinting that a return to the winners enclosure is not too far away. Cheekpieces are re-applied today after he looked all over a winner at the bottom of the hill at Towcester before idling in the closing stages and giving way to Pacco. The handicapper certainly knows everything about Wotchalike and he runs off 97 again today but if he runs his race he should be there at the business end. Just Paddy fell too far out for conclusions to be drawn on his recent outing for which he started a short priced favourite. He ran on into second on his penultimate outing and open to plenty of improvement, he rates a big danger to Wotchalike.
