        Verdict

        A tightly-knit affair with just 5lb separating the field. Richard Hannon is doubly represented with Duelist and Looe Beach, both of whom have been in the shake-up on recent starts. They are preferred in that order with first-time headgear applied to the former and Hollie Doyle booked. Lebsayer is interesting on handicap debut for Sir Michael Stoute but FIFTEENTHAMENDMENT had looked progressive until disappointing on his latest start. He's forgiven that run and gets the vote on the strength of a win at Nottingham the time before. Fearless Bay has claims but Elena's Gift is seen as the main threat, especially if allowed an easy lead.
