      Verdict

      Most of these are on a downward curve but only one three-year-old has won this seller in 10 years. Episcia has every chance according to the handicapper, however, though Musical Comedy would probably have been a shoe-in on past form. Morache Music landed the odds in this 12 months ago but only had three rivals and was no match for BALLESTROS in a claimer here in October. The latter hasn’t shown much since joining Roger Ingram but this is a much easier assignment and recent Lingfield scorer Varsovian has not managed a place on Turf so far and has to concede weight all round. Alkashaaf looks best of the rest.
