In depth

Verdict

Exmoor gained a deserved victory last time and can follow up this evening, Resplendent Nova and High Ridge may provide most danger. Roger Charlton's four-year-old rarely runs two races alike but was most impressive when out-battling Kingscross in a decent event at newbury. If showing the same determination this evening he will be hard to beat. Resplendent Nova put in a much improved effort last time behind Adantino and should be fighting for some place money. High Ridge gained his second victory of the month when comfortably getting the better of Pippa's Dancer at Lingfield. He still looks on a fair mark and should go well under Frankie Dettori. With Kevin Ryan still in such hot form Harry Up is another to consider for each-way purposes in a wide open affair, however our idea of the winner is Exmoor.
