In depth

Verdict

Links Drive Lady has claims in a tricky opener if improving a little on her second over 7f at Folkestone. Bold Ring makes a swift reappearance after finishing third at Brighton on Thursday and has to be respected, while Recalcitrant and Daneside have both been thereabouts in recent runs. Galloping Queen is another to consider but let's take a chance on lightly-raced handicap debutant CHARLIE FABLE, who looks likely to be suited by the drop in distance and ran a lot better than his final placing suggests here last month.
