Verdict

Well Painted takes a huge drop in class and is best in on official ratings but didn't appear to stay this trip at Ayr last time and recent rain won't have done his cause any favours. Richard Hannon saddles Leicester second Juvenal but Sean Levey partners stablemate STIFF UPPER LIP and he might be the one to beat if anywhere near the form he showed when successful in a handicap over course and distance in July. Jack Who's He is on a long losing run but has a decent chance at the weights and may be suited by a drop in distance. He's preferred to Halling Dancer and Rock God.
