Verdict
There have been some surprise winners of this in recent years so backers beware. Northern Territory looked at home in the heavy ground at Yarmouth and any further rain will increase his chances while Cyrus Sod also handles testing ground at Epsom where he stayed on strongly over that 1m1f trip. He should go well on his handicap debut while Drummond will appreciate stepping up in trip after setting a strong gallop at Nottingham on his reappearance. BURNHAM was never likely to do much as a juvenile and could be the surprise package from his lowly mark as he makes his handicap debut. His pedigree suggests he'll improve this season and a chance is taken that he can make a winning return. Good Luck Charm and Netley Marsh both finished strongly over a mile at Kempton at the beginning of the month and wouldn't need to improve a great deal to take a hand.
