Verdict
MIDNIGHT MOOD and Gabriele Malune look a likely combination in a competitive if low-grade opener with the pair having gone close at Newbury on their latest start. That run came in a higher grade on good to firm ground over a furlong further so the Aqlaam mare should prove suited by forecast conditions. Destinys Rock ran a decent race over course and distance last time and Epsom Secret should also play a prominent role. The latter has been in fair form on artificial surfaces on her last five starts but also is a course and distance winner on good to firm. Frantical ties in closely with the selection on latest running and must enter calculations whilst the thoroughly unexposed Advanced Virgo is a potential improver on handicap debut.
