In depth

Verdict

Fiza took advantage of a lenient mark to score with any amount in hand over course and distance last week and should make a bold bid to follow up under a 6lb penalty. Kaparolo has appeared short of pace in maidens including over this trip but may be more effective on his handicap bow while the well-bred Silistra should be capable of better than he's shown to date. Sir Alfred has place claims on his easy 9f Brighton win (now 8lb higher) but ran as though something was amiss at Newmarket while Man From Havana is interesting over this longer trip.
