        Verdict

        Dubai Glory won twice here earlier this season before completing a hat-trick at Salisbury but has shot up the weights as a consequence and didn't run as well last time. SPYDER won a maiden on heavy ground at Nottingham in November and returned to form at Sandown last time when there was some give. He looks ready to score again with conditions in his favour though Devoted also won on soft going at Goodwood in August. Standout keeps finding ways to get beaten though first-time blinkers may help and Experimentalist was a disappointment in a claimer here last time. Achalas is not out of this as he stays well and Kieren Fallon is likely to make it a stamina test.
