Verdict
Plenty in with chances here in this small field and we will just side with Bergonzi ahead of My Secrets and Oakley Heffert. Now back on a more conventional track after a good effort at Chester and with the stable's horses still in form, he could be worth a bet today. He has looked progressive in each of his three runs this season and with the ground to suit, he can score today. My Secrets is consistent but has found one too good on his last two starts and the feeling is that may just continue, although if he were to get an easy lead he may be hard to peg back. Oakley Heffert was well-held when upped in trip last time out and now upped further, he may just struggle here against some real staying types. Wait For The Light returns from a winter break and makes his handicap debut. His mark of 81 looks high enough but he could be anything. King Joshua and Hi Calypso are two more to consider seriously, but Bergonzi is a proven performer and gets the nod.
