    Verdict

Barons Spy will probably need another couple of runs before showing his best, while the handicapper may have the measure of Ivory Silk now after a couple of wins on Polytrack earlier this year. Soap Wars has slipped down the weights and has his first run for a new trainer on his reappearance, but SILVER WIND makes most appeal. He was winning for the second time this season when scoring at Doncaster last time and the good apprentice Kieran O'Neill nullifies most of a 6lb rise. Mymumsaysimthebest won at Goodwood recently but is upped in class here.
