In depth

Verdict

This is wide-open as practically all have been finding winning difficult. The likes of Uncle Dick and Hotspur Harry have a fair level of consistency and arrive on the back of decent last-time efforts, but both have yet to oblige on Turf and that remains a concern. Similar comments apply to Maysong whose only win in 29 starts came at Kempton back in 2019 but two placed efforts this term afford him a strong form chance. It's been a long time between drinks since DOURADO visited the winner's circle but he's highly likely to run his race and was only narrowly beaten at Lingfield last time, prior to which he was far from disgraced over this course and distance.
