Verdict

Cosette still doesn't look badly treated despite having been raised a further pound since her Newmarket third, where she pulled too hard. Armourer also refused to settle last time over this trip and New Colours is another that is usually keen to get on with things. Classical Art is upped in trip and isn't bred to stay while Winter Spice may still need more time judged on this year's efforts. EPSOM HILL is tried in a visor and likely to step up on previous runs now going over a trip more in line with his breeding. He gets the nod in a tricky getting-out stakes.
