In depth

Verdict

Bella Ferrari missed the break last time at Leicester but was only half-a-length behind EDGE OF THE WORLD at the line. She is a pound better off with the winner but drawn out in the centre track whereas Ralph Beckett’s hat-trick seeker appears to have the plum draw with the ground riding fast. The latter is also preferred to Spenny's Lass, who appears to save her best for Yarmouth. On A Roll was a disappointing favourite at Bath but looks fairly treated on her handicap debut and makes more appeal than stablemate Popsicle. Glamorous Dream had been struggling for pace over this trip before winning narrowly over 7f at Salisbury and she’s been hit with an 8lb hike.
