Verdict
Hand Chime would need to drop a few pounds further if this were a handicap, but he made an encouraging reappearance at Lingfield earlier in the month and cannot be ruled out of getting off the mark for the season on the terms of this race. Tayif is another to consider on the pick of his form and looks to be the better of the two David Nicholls-trained runners after some less than sparkling efforts from Hurricane Floyd this season. Certain Justice has a little to prove after a poor effort last time whereas Chispa is as tough as they come and may be the best each way value if they all stand their ground.
