Verdict
John Dunlop's Largo appears to be progressing along the right lines and looks more than capable of picking up a race of this nature judged on recent efforts so is handed the TEAMtalk vote. The lightly raced daughter of Selkirk was a highly creditable staying-on second of 16 over 7f in similar company at Leicester earlier in the month and should prove even better over this extra furlong. In contrast, Swiftmix has been struggling to last home over 7f and a mile so the rain-softened conditions won't be in her favour. Tease has proved a useful performer but is more exposed than the selection and lacks the same scope for improvement but La Muette shaped nicely on her debut at Newmarket and will be sharper for the experience so rates a danger.
