      Verdict

Pettochside has looked as good as ever this year, winning at Ascot and Bath. Many A Star needs fast ground while Lihou is possibly best of Polytrack nowadays. Newyorkstateofmind is 0-13 on Turf but has gone close a few times while Rose Hip is slipping towards a fair mark. SPOOF (NAP) was noted staying on strongly on a soft surface at York nine days ago and he’s only a pound higher than when scoring over track and trip in September so gets the nod, though Jawwaal may also be coming to hand.
