Powerful Pierre won a claimer over track and trip before failing to trouble the winner in a better handicap than this over 7f last time. Take The Lead is another with a chance back on this surface after winning at Southwell during the week. BAPAK BANGSAWAN has gone close on a couple of occasions over the minimum trip at Southwell recently. He won at Kempton the last time he raced over 6f so Kevin Ryan's charge gets the nod.
