Verdict

MY GIRL MAGGIE missed out on a hat-trick of course wins when going close over 1m4f last week. She won over today’s trip before that and gets another chance. Combine can do better back on the Tapeta having been upped in class at Lingfield last time but Battle Of Marathon has gone off the boil since scoring at Chelmsford in November. Sharp Suited returns to the Flat having won a novices race at Newcastle while Juriste finished closer in a maiden race here recently but Chocolate Box has been off the track for nearly two years.
