Verdict
A competitive claimer her with many in form rivals in opposition including Levantine,Lord Melbourne, Grant and River Days and the vote goes to Grant. The four year old was a fair fifth in a better race behind Warden Warren last time and now that he is dropped in grade and trip he is taken to get his head in front. Levantine rates the main danger he was a fair third behind Eager Angel last time giving the impression that he would be suited by the return to this trip so he will not be far away. Lord Melbourne is another that could go well but he has never won over this trip before and for that reason he is opposed. River Days would have a chance on his second in a seller a couple of runs ago but that was over five furlongs and he has never won over a trip this far before so for the winner we return to Grant.
