Verdict
Only 5lb separates the nine runners according to official ratings. Desert Lantern was a disappointing favourite at Beverley last month but is eased in grade. Freedom And Wheat has placed the last twice here and Leopardina went close at Redcar two runs ago. IN TRUTINA is not a certain stayer over this extra furlong but would not have enjoyed the soft going last time at Goodwood and wasn’t given a hard time. She could be the one to beat if lasting home.
