In depth

Verdict

A high draw shouldn't be to much of an imposition for the in-form MOUNT HOLLOW as he's usually held up for late challenge. He won a higher grade sprint than this at Southwell last week and Reg Hollinshead's charge is taken to follow-up. Istiqdaam appeared not to stay the extended mile trip here last time, but had landed a double over 7f on turf before that and has to come into the reckoning, while C&D winner Ryedane finished ahead of Darcey over 7f here last time and should also be thereabouts. Whipphound makes most appeal of the remainder back on the Polytrack.
