        Verdict

        Griggy won a claimer at Kempton last time and Vape placed at the same track more recently. Pastfact was narrowly beaten Lingfield and Mo Henry has been thereabouts at Newcastle of late. But TURANGA LEELA took advantage of a slide down the weights to score over course and distance with Rusper's Lad back in third and John Mackie’s mare is taken to shrug off a 4lb rise having won off a higher mark here last year.
