A typically open handicap where we can give chances to Rightcar Ellie, Genethni, Fabuleux Cherie and Rope Bridge, among others, and the suggestion is Fabuleux Cherie. William Muir's filly has c&d winning form and a decent enough pitch here from stall 5. She has also been running well from this mark in defeat just lately, but we can pick holes in plenty of form from the others here and she looks the most solid. Rightcar Ellie won a Folkestone nursery last time when blinkers were applied for the first time. If they have the same effect now she can be competitive with a 6lb penalty, though she has flopped on two previous tries here. Genethni won a couple of claimers before looking too high in the weights here on her 6f handicap debut. The drop back to the minimum may help her to finish closer now. Rope Bridge won a Musselburgh seller last time and looks capable of being competitive from 4lb higher, while the drop back to 5f is not certain to suit Don't Tell Anna, who has gone up for not winning last time. Tricky then, and Fabuleux Cherie gets the nod.
