Verdict

Lethal Missile landed a double over a mile last year and will be sharper for last month’s comeback run as he steps up in trip. Singing Sheriff moves in the opposite direction having recorded his only win so far over 1m4f but International Law won over course and distance recently and First Response was beaten only a neck here a week ago. The latter pair are both worthy of consideration but Long Call remains 7lb higher than when landing an amateurs' race back in September so a speculative vote goes to JOMROK. He placed in all three starts in novice races over 1m2f last year and debuts for David Loughnane’s in-form yard on his reappearance.
