Verdict
It will be no surprise to see Tom Eaves bustle up Bijou Dan when they exit the stalls and, with stronger handling, his mount is fancied to get the better of Dvinsky this time around. Barzak, who is set to go up 5lb at the weekend, is another that is respected but has a bit more to do under a penalty. Therefore, a bigger threat to the selection is posed by Milady's Pride, whose course and distance effort from last week was much better than the one she posted on her British debut earlier in February. The daughter of Machiavellian has taken a little time to acclimatise since she arrived at her current yard from Andre Fabre's base in France. However, she does possess ability and is one to carefully monitor in the betting. Even so, Bijou Dan has been crying out for a change of fortune of late and, assuming that he is on the button from the start, he is expected to be hard to beat today.
