Verdict

This Ones For Eddy was winning for the first time on Polytrack and ending a two-year drought when scoring over C&D last time and doesn't seem a likely candidate to follow up. Brighton winner Fortunate Bid isn't out of it back on this surface, while Pytheas has been in better form of late. Meia Noite had gone close at Kempton before disappointing badly when favourite at Chepstow last time so a chance is taken on GAZBOOLOU. He showed signs of a resurgence at Warwick last month and is now 8lb lower than when runner-up in a better race over C&D in October.
