        Verdict

        A trappy maiden here and as usual in these events the market will be very informative but the principals look to be Came Back, Rydal and Green Pirate and the narrow vote is given to Rydal. The selection was a fair ninth in a much better race behind Neaveau last time out. This represents a drop in class and with his yard continuing in good form he gets the vote. Came Back rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Cool Sands but the suspicion is he may just need the run after a 136 day break and he is taken on with this in mind. Green Pirate is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Excessive but his best form is over a longer trip. Charlie Delta has the ability to go close off this mark but does not always use it while Regal Raider should improve for the drop in trip but Rydal has his easiest task for a while and he is taken to get his head in front.
