Verdict
It is hard to get away from Jeremy Gask's PIAZZA SAN PIETRO in this maiden and he is selected ahead of Where's Reiley and Speak The Truth. The selection was turned over at a short price last time out but he wasn't beaten far behind Jolly Ranch and a reproduction of that effort should suffice here. He should strip fitter here as well given he was his having first run since October. Speak The Truth reverts back to maiden company after going close behind Brown Lentic in a handicap at Lingfield last month. He should be the one to profit if the selection fails to fire as he has shown that he is well up to winning a race. Where's Reiley showed he has ability on two runs on the turf last year, but he is making his all-weather debut tonight and he has been off the track since May, so he is probably best watched. A market move for Jamie Osborne's newcomer Five Gold Rings would be of interest, but this looks a good opportunity for Piazza San Pietro who should be good enough to shed his maiden tag.
