      Verdict

      THREE D ALEXANDER is proving costly to follow and won't start at generous odds today in what looks her easiest opportunity so far. She found only Searchlight, rated 78, too good last time and faces nothing of that calibre in this unless the newcomer Eva Clare proves above average, though she looks nothing special on breeding. Fellow debutant Captain T makes even less appeal and River Dreamer has only modest form while Maro finished tailed off last on his recent debut.
