        Verdict

        Irish import Good Authority went close over 6f here on his first start for new connections and can figure, while Ducal is inching toward that elusive first win and was runner-up at Kempton three weeks ago. CHOKIDAR has also been threatening to get his head in front, hoever, and found only one too good over track and trip last time. He gets a tentative vote to go one better here. The remainder are hard to fancy and breeding suggests newcomer Magic Secret will need a longer trip to show his best.
