          Verdict

          MR SOPRANO has shown improved form since tackling handicaps and was placed again at Chelmsford on his latest start. He can open his account in this at the main expense of Moulin Rouge, who seemed to find 1m4f far enough on her latest start having scored over 1m2f at Lingfield earlier. Dimitar continues to slip down the weights and won off a higher mark here last year but Destiny Blue looks no closer to ending a long losing run despite tumbling down the handicap.
