        Verdict

        Jan's Joy has looked no nearer winning since returning to action and Madame Jo Jo’s best effort so far came over 5f back in September. Salty Sugar ran well at Kempton only to finish last of 14 at Newcastle on her latest outing but G Eye Joe may do better now handicapping. RUSTY BLADE improved on his handicap debut when fourth at Lingfield. Any further progress could see Mark Loughnane’s charge thereabouts at the finish in a poor contest and he gets a speculative vote.
