Verdict
Channel Packet’s victory last month came on Polytrack but he seems versatile as to surface and should go well again here raised only 2lb. Must Be An Angel is 0-12 but may be better handicapped than stablemate Critical Thinking. Morlaix is dropped back in trip after apparently failing to stay 1m3f at Southwell and there might be more to come from Finally Mine this year but the vote goes to ARABIC WELCOME. Partnered by useful 7lb claimer Christian Howarth, he beat Critical Thinking here in January and found things happening too quickly back over a mile at Newcastle last time. Carmenere is improving with experience and making her handicap debut so looks the danger.
