        Verdict

        Moonlit Night was only fourth when Blazon was successful over course and distance last month but is 3lb better off and there shouldn’t be much between that pair today. Nikolayeva was a winner around here a year ago but doesn’t arrive in the same form, though is 2lb lower. Despite failing to complete the hat-trick at Bath, NIBRAS GOLD improved again and might still be well treated with a step up to 2m not expected to be a problem. Catterick winner Overthink is also an improver but was behind Moonlit Night at Yarmouth two runs ago.
