In depth

Verdict

Broxbourne's winning streak includes a couple of victories at this track including a four length defeat of TINGO IN THE TALE over track and trip. The latter can re-oppose on much better terms today and David Arbuthnot's charge gets the nod to come out best on this occasion. Admirable Duque has won off much higher marks on the all-weather and makes a quick reappearance after a third at Lingfield on Wednesday while Porgy and Natural High have both won over hurdles since last seen on the Flat. Grandiloquent won twice for Sir Michael Stoute last year but showed nothing in two starts for Donald McCain and James Given now gets a chance to revive the four-year-old's fortunes.
