    Verdict

Dommersen is not the easiest of rides and just missed out once again when failing to catch Thawry at Newcastle. Both finished in front of WINGED SPUR on that occasion but the latter ran well until fading in the closing stages on her first start since October. Mark Johnston’s charge may well finish a lot closer today with that outing under her belt and gets the nod. This Girl is preferred to Mr Minerals over today’s distance but Fayez has struggled of late.
