        Verdict

        Latif, Itcanbedoneagain and Bridgewater Boys look the three to concentrate on in a competitive o[pener and the vote is given to Latif. The selection won well last time out when beating It Must Be Speech and although he has a penalty for that win the longer trip looks sure to bring about more improvement and he will be hard to beat. Itcanbedoneagain rates the main danger as he also won well last time out when beating Basinet but he has the run of the race on that occasion and that does not look likely here and for that reason he is opposed. Bridgewater Boys is another last time out winner that could go well as he beat New England in game fashion last time out but that form has since been let down and he looks opposable on that basis. Of the remainder Hiawatha is from a yard in form and goes well over course and distance and off what looks a handy mark he should be noted in the market but for the winner we return to Latif.
