In depth

Verdict

Not a strong race but FREEPRESSIONIST could be worth chancing at the likely odds although All Spin and Bartica have the form in the book. Roger Teal's charge has shaped well previously at Lingfield and in truth, her style of running does not seem ideally suited to that particular track. With front runners enjoying plenty of success around here, she is taken to get her head infront this afternoon. All Spin has a poor draw to work from. The BHA figure was made via efforts on the turf so it remains to be seen as to whether he can live up to it on this surface. Bartica ran lamentably at Windsor though has a favourable draw on this occasion. Choisharp is related to plenty of seven furlong winners and was the most expensive of these to pass through the sales ring. Jolly Ranch is a full sister to What Do You Know. Albertine Rose ran a career best to be third in a listed contest at Newmarket though the form does appear suspect. Patronne is bred to need much further in time. Freepressionist is the recommendation.
