Verdict

BOOMERANG BOB came up short in Class 2 company last time but won in this grade at Chelmsford before that. Jamie Osborne’s sprinter should make another bold bid and is preferred to stablemate Illegally Blonde, though is closely matched on Chelmsford running with Highland Acclaim. Most of the remainder are upped in class including recent 7f winner Young John and the three-year-old Alkhor, who won at Lingfield last time when beating Salvatore Fury a short-head. Cool Bahamian won off a similar mark at Newmarket in August but it’s been sometime since he last won on the all-weather.
