Low-grade fayre and Magic Amigo is selected ahead of Fast Heart because he has a fresher taste of success and is capable of overcoming the burden of top weight at this level. Desert Light and Burningfold Babe are others to bear in mind if the market speaks in their favour - but only to minimum stakes. The connections of Fast Heart must be made of sterling stuff, as the gelding appears to have totally lost the plot since his juvenile days. The drop into this grade failed to produce the desired result last week and he again looks vulnerable over this trip. Therefore, we'll side with Magic Amigo, who won over course and distance on his penultimate start and, as he gets on very well with Kevin Ghunowa, he looks a more reliable option on this occasion.
